As some of you may know I have recently started a fitness journey and have set new goals for myself to achieve over the next few months. Today I thought I would let you guys know about what I am currently doing in regards to my fitness. I have been doing spinning now for like 6 months and absolutely love it. I did however realize that I need to add some resistant training in to achieve the goals I have set for myself.
Here is what my week looks like in regards to my exercise.
3-4 spinning classes
2 strength workouts, I do full body workouts in my home gym using minimal equipment
1 outdoor activity such as hiking or tenis
1 yoga class, I feel this has really helped in me feeling strong and not too sore after all the other workouts
It has been 2 weeks since I incorporated this fitness routine along with healthy eating of course and I am already noticing a difference in the way my clothes are fitting and how I feel about my body.
