I have been on a major smoothie kick over the past week, my kids have been asking for one every day lately. I’m totally fine with their smoothie obsession because smoothies are an awesome way to get fruit and vegetables into them and make a healthy snack or breakfast option. Our current favorite is this pineapple coconut smoothie – the tropical flavors almost make me feel like I’m back on the beach.
1 cup of Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Blend or Original variety
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
2 cups of frozen pineapple
¼ cup sweetened flaked coconut
