Eating and working out are go hand in hand. Since I started spinning I feel like I am so hungry all the time so this post is so fitting. Today’s blog post is dedicated to 10 quick + easy healthy snack ideas for the busy gal, like me!
If you’ve been following along with me on Instagram stories, then you know that I’ve been spinning for about 3 months now and it is by far by favourite way to sweat. It is also the first thing I have really stuck with and actually look forward to doing.
My goal for is not really weight loss but feeling happy, healthy, and fitting into my clothes better. People always say a huge part of any fitness journey is the food you put in your body. So that is the reasin for todays post. Here we go: my 10 favorite quick + easy healthy snacks.
banana or apple + peanut butter to-go here
nuts (almonds are my go to)
carrots + hummus
yogurt (I love iogo, berries, + this granola
hard boiled eggs
protein power balls
cheese + turkey wrapped up as a snack
cottage cheese (high in protein) + cantaloupe
