TOP 5 MEMORIES OF 2018

What a year it’s been! 2018 proved to be the most challenging year of my career, but also one of the most rewarding. funny how that works! there’s no growth and success without trial, error, and lessons learned. that being said, I wouldn’t change a thing and am so grateful for our experiences. I am so thankful for all of you too! You’ve been the driving force behind every thing I share with you all, and I couldn’t be more in love with what I do everyday.

I am reflecting at the year and sharing my top 5 memories of 2018! it’s been an incredible year and the below highlights include memories i’ll cherish forever! thanks for reading, following, commenting, messaging, etc. see you in 2019!

STARTING THE 3RD YEAR OF BLOGGING FINALLY SEEING MY HARD WORK PAYING OFF

2018 was the start of year 3 for me in blogging, I started my blogging journey as a hobby for something to do since I had extra time on my hands, I love sharing fashion tips, beauty secrets and my daily life with you all. My blog quickly became a passion of mine and started growing into something I did not expect. The year marked the start of my blog going from a hobby to a business. I was so fortunate to work with some amazing brands this year and have some exciting brand collaborations planned for 2019.

Very grateful for this one, Some of you may think that posting fashion photos everyday is easy work, it takes a lot of time to put together the photos I share with you on IG. I really take pride on my photos as I want to produce the absolute best content possible. Growing on IG has become much harder and so that is why this has been a huge milestone on my bogging career and blogging journey. I want to say thank you to all you out there who have supported and followed me and to all the new followers who have joined me on this journey.

VISITING NEW YORK FOR THE FIRST TIME

New York is somewhere I wanted to go for like ever and this year it finally happened. So happy to be able to go with my family and experience everything with them, we were there for 5 days and had a fun filled time packed with broadway shows, lots of walking, sights, and the iconic places of New York. I fell in love with New York and will be heading back for sure, I would lobe to go back during the christmas season to see all the holiday light and of course some more broadway shows and lets not forget about the amazing food. Maybe in 2019!!!

CELEBRATING SOME PERSONAL MILESTONES

Okay so personally there has been so many great milestones to celebrate. First off my hubby and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. It is not so common to see such long lasting marriages and lets be honest its not always easy but I am so luck to have fun my sou mate to do life with. On the same weekend we celebrated a very special family birthday. My hubby's granny turned 97 years old, what a milestone to celebrate. She is incredible , so witty, smart and a true inspiration.

COUPLE GETAWAY TO MAUI

We ended the year off with a unforgettable trip to Maui.A couples getaway is not something we get to do often but we try as much as possible. Maui is my favourite island to visit, I think I have been there like 4 times and I fall in love with it every time I go and every time I leave I always say I am moving here. I really feel I was meant to live the island life.

Those are a few highlights from 2018 and I am so excited for 2019 and what to has in store for me. What is your favourite memory from 2018?.....
